Reaching The Wild North

Remote but easily accessible, Croft 103 is located on the shores of Loch Eriboll. Getting here is the reason we travel. Croft 103 is located 6 miles east of Durness, the most northwesterly village on mainland Britain in the heart of the famous Mackay Country on the acclaimed route NC500.

Inverness is the nearest airport and has decent rail links. Public transport north of Inverness is very limited.

Destination Durness & Loch Eriboll is worth the drive alone (105 miles)

From Inverness you can hire a car and let the northern adventure begin. Due to remote location a car is quite essential.
